The partners behind BLOCK have a long history of delivering high-quality projects for their clients. In 2021, Dan Connolly and Cory Bailey joined forces to formally create a construction management firm that would think outside the box to provide best-in-class service to its clients. BLOCK Builders was formed to support a vision where the top talent within the construction industry would want to work, clients and network partners would validate that the services provided were unparallel to the competition, and the growth and direction of the company would be shared by employees and clients.
