OUR CORE VALUES

These core values guide our decision-making, fuel our “work hard, play hard” culture, and ensure we remain the Northeast’s most trusted partner in construction management.

Built on Relationships

Make every decision with the intention to create the best possible relationship with not only our clients, but with co-workers, trade partners, consultants, and the community. Our reputation depends on all relationships, and we will not jeopardize or take any relationship for granted. Reputation is everything – it’s not how we see ourselves – it’s how everyone else does.

Continue the Relationship

Don’t just complete the project and disappear. Put as much effort into continuing the relationship as you did when building it. Stay relevant with our partners and check in frequently. This shows we care.

Take Complete Ownership

Own everything. Own the issue, own the mistake, and own the victory. Take complete responsibility for everything you are a part of; use autonomy to make decisions and act with purpose. Work everything across the goal line until finished and always do the right thing. Never point the finger. Help your co-workers, our clients, and trade partners instead of casting blame. Put in the effort and help those around you grow. Be proud of everything you do!

Act & Communicate with Urgency

Don’t wait and react – be proactive and quick to respond. Show importance with every response and move quickly to proactively manage expectations and timeframes. Be sure to manage expectations and honor our commitments. Do not wait until the last minute to communicate surprises. Be clear, concise, get to the point, and ensure the other party comprehends.

Plan the Work and Work the Plan

Plan your work and then execute the plan to protection. Understand that the plan can change and there are always surprised in construction. Hit reset and create a new adapted plan and then work it to completion. Know the details better than everyone else, anticipate what could impact the plan, and be sure to manage expectations and honor commitments.
