BLOCK Builders completed a full façade reface of an existing retail center in Warwick, Rhode Island. The project included demolition of the exterior soffit, installation of modern cladding systems and exterior upgrades to enhance the building’s appearance and durability. Delivered with a focus on design and performance, the improvements provide a refreshed and cohesive exterior presence. Project was completed while retail tenants remained open for business.
