BLOCK Builders completed a comprehensive waterproofing and renovation project at Boch Toyota in Norwood, Massachusetts. The work included full waterproofing of the existing parking garage, along with extensive parking lot improvements to enhance durability and functionality. Existing roof deck was removed in sections with each part shot blasted and penetrations sealed. After demolition of each section, the waterproofing system would be installed and the parking lot above would be repaved. Delivered with a focus on long-term performance, the project ensures improved protection against the elements and a safer, more efficient experience for both customers and staff.
