BLOCK Builders completed the preparation and build-out of four retail spaces within the Darien Commons mixed-use development in Darien, Connecticut. The project was part of a larger development featuring residential, retail, and dining components. Partition walls were installed to divide up existing larger space into individual storefronts. New bathrooms and life safety systems were put in place in each of the new spaces along with 4 & 6 ton heat pump condensing units. Delivered with a focus on flexibility and coordination, the spaces are ready to accommodate a variety of future tenants.
