BLOCK Builders completed the ground up construction of an addition to an existing warehouse facility for industrial smoothing products. Sitework included the extension of utilities and installation of a foundation extension slab. Structure consisted of steel framing with an exterior of pre-engineered metal.

BLOCK is currently underway with an additional 20,000 square foot warehouse expansion to the existing facility. The project is being executed within a constrained site while maintaining full operations of the existing facility. Once complete, the expansion will provide additional capacity to support the client’s continued growth.
