BLOCK Builders completed the ground-up construction of an 11,250 SF steel-framed, multi-tenant warehouse facility in Hopedale, Massachusetts. The project included full site development, structural systems, and building envelope construction. Base of the structure is a 6” interior slab and features include 6 bay overhead garage doors, septic utilities and a Cultec detention system for site drainage. The exterior of the building is a metal panel facade. Delivered with a focus on flexibility and functionality, the facility is designed to support multiple tenant operations.
