BLOCK Builders served as construction manager for two projects at The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee, Massachusetts. The first project included the renovation and modernization of the Athletic Center, featuring expanded group exercise space, outdoor fitness areas, a renovated gym, café, and lounge, all completed in phases to maintain ongoing operations. The second project involved the complete reconstruction of the Popponesset Inn “Poppy” Tent, including demolition of the existing structure and installation of new structural systems to create a premier beachfront event venue.
