BLOCK Builders completed the renovation of the historic Manor Building on the RFK Community Alliance campus in Lancaster, Massachusetts. The project included interior and exterior renovations to a 3,400 SF space within a historic mansion now home to a non-profit organization offering human services to the surrounding population. Project scope includes office renovations, addition of an ADA-compliant ramp and masonry work. Special considerations include measures to keep unique and historic finishes intact. Delivered with a focus on preservation and functionality, the space enhances the organization’s ability to serve the community.
