BLOCK Builders completed the ground-up construction of a new 1,100 SF Ryder sales facility in Norwood, Massachusetts. The project included full site development, foundations, structural systems, and building envelope construction, delivering a modern and functional space tailored to support Ryder’s operations. The building was constructed with Omin-Block, the next gen CMU which features a higher thermal performance & unparalleled R-Value. A hurricane grade storefront and windows per building requirements were also installed as well as prefabricated wood trusses. Executed on an accelerated schedule, the facility provides a high-quality environment for both staff and customers.
