BLOCK Builders completed the ground up construction of a new Starbucks location in Middletown, Rhode Island, including installation of a drive thru lane. Work occurred within a busy parking lot of an occupied strip mall and required the relocation of an adjacent bank ATM. Delivered efficiently and in coordination with the project team, the work provided a turnkey foundation for the incoming retail operation.
