BLOCK Builders completed a full interior renovation and build-out at Subaru of New England’s facility in Norwood, Massachusetts. The project included demolition and construction of new office space, carpentry shop, mechanic garage locker rooms, and warehouse space within an occupied building. In addition to the interior finishes, the project also included a new exterior façade and replacing insulated metal panels at a live gas meter bank. Delivered with careful coordination, the project enhanced functionality while maintaining ongoing operations.
